Each customer can be associated with multiple service providers as well as multiple sites. This flexible structure allows for comprehensive tracking and management of service relationships.

Once a service provider verifies a customer, they can easily navigate through the system by selecting the Provider, then the Site, and proceed to Log Faults or Order Parts. This streamlined process eliminates the need to repeatedly enter account numbers, saving time and reducing errors.

Use the options below to view or update customer details, manage associated providers and sites, and perform service-related actions quickly.
